i am from Nepal but i am working in Qatar since 2010 and i want to come in Canada for work.
I am experience on work and my qualification is good too. But i don't know how to apply and i dont have any job offer from canada?
Could you suggest me please??

Not much info to tell whether you can apply. YOu can not apply for the FSW until May. Your occupation needs to be in an occupation list that CIC will announce in April for you to be eligible to apply. As for other requirements, check this site:

The above site lists the current requirement. Job offer requirement will change after May.

Wait till April as new announcements will be done. More clarity will appear. Till then you can take IELTS.
