HI

1. If your father has a child who is either a PR/Canadian citizen (not you) then he can't sponsor you.
2. If there is a nephew or niece of your father, either PR/or Citizen, then he can't sponsor you.
 I am wondering what the purpuse of "lonely canadian" progrem is.
My father's nephew has his own parents, and how can he look after my father even they are still in touch.
Thank you for your time. I need to stop. :)

Yes, if he has a cousin in Canada, he can not sponsor you. I did that process and they did asked me about my cousin; Fortunately he is a temporary resident, not PR or Canadian citizen.

If I were you, I would not talk about the cousin in my file since they don't have a close relationship and they don't even talk each other.

NB:
To summarize thing, he's ineligible to sponsor you if he claims that he has a cousin Canada sin in( No PR or citizen relatives in Canada... That's is the rule).
Wouldn't that be misrepresentation and grounds for a potential ban? You're suggesting lying by omission to IRCC which is not a good idea. Does the original poster have any other ways to get to Canada - study permit, economic immigration streams?

Thank you for your attention.
Thank you all very much.
Everything is not perfect, including the laws, and I believe it will become better and better. :)
