Hi all, I need your help in my case. My scenario is like this:
  • Company A: May 2019 - November 2019 (full-time, 30hrs/week)
  • Company B: November 2019 - March 2020 (full-time, 30hrs/week)
  • Company C: April 2020 - Now (full-time, 30hrs/week)
All the jobs are in the same occupation and same NOC. Is this considered as 1 continuous year for FSW? There is a short gap for transition between company B and C so I was worried. Thank you all.

Count your weekly hours ( maximum 30hrs/week). if your total is more than 1560 hours you should be able to claim 1 year of continuous work experience.

You haven't specified how long the break between B and C were. If it was a month, for example, I don't think you can claim continuous employment to qualify for FSW.
