Hello, I’m from Peru and my boyfriend Is from Canada , I am going to go there for 6 months and then extend my visitor visa for an extra 6 month so after the 12 months living together, could we apply for the common law process ?

Yes. Note that you can't travel under the current restrictions.

Yeah I have the visitor visa ,the only option is that i extend my visitor visa for an extra 6 m then apply for the common law partner, do you know how long takes that process ?

takes numerous months for an extension but you have implied status and can remain in Canada during that time.

No you should apply right before your status expires so you minimize how many times you apply. You should also mention you are living together to qualify for common law. Most get approved.
