what is the cost of total PR application process for me and my spouse.?

It's C$ 550 visa fee per person
and
C$ 490 RPRF (Right of Permanent Residence Fees) per applicant.

So, in total, you'll need around C$ 2100 to pay for both of you.

P.S.
You'll need to pay those fees BEFORE you get your visa. That is to say, if you are eligible to get PR visa, you will get your visa only after you pay those fees fully.
