We are a family of Four (Me, spouse & 2 kids 11 yrs & 7 yrs) and shall be landing @Victoria, BC in the month of April. I need your expertise on the following topics:

1. What is average cost of Living in Victoria considering Vegetarian food, No Smoking, No Drinking habbits and single bed room ?
2. Some basic information about the City like schooling, health coverage, transportation etc ?

You should assume that you will need to rent an apartment with at least two bedrooms. You'll probably find most landlords won't be willing to rent a one bedroom property to you given you have two children.
