Hey everyone, just checked my status indicators and it says this:

It's still on the "In Process" stage at this moment, if it matters

  1. We sent you correspondence on May 1, 2018. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
Thing is, I usually always get notified by emails that I receive, but I haven't received any emails for the correspondence. I checked all my inboxes and spam, no avail. Is this something usually sent in physical mail? Haven't checked that yet. Should I give them a call or wait? Next course of action?

All other updates (stuff like the AOR and email notification for the refund) were received exactly on the dates listed, I don't have any emails from the IRCC after April 27th, which is when I received the refund for the citizenship fees (reduced from $530 to $100)

Why embassy??? Let me clear some facts here:
1. Did you apply for citizenship?
2. Are you in Canada?
3. When did you send your application and what stage you are on?
I was applied in parent and grand sponsorship 2011 and the file was approved and transferred to Cairo visa office in 2016 then they ask for some document in 2017 in the beginning 2018 i opened Cic account then i saw this message but nothing was received and the message was repeat in 29 July and send to the embassy email till now nothing , i did not know what should i do
