I am a participant of Young professional program. I was accepted in the program and was fortunately granted a visa. I sent my passport through VFS Global Cebu City and send it back to me after 2 weeks with my stamped visa and with a correspondence letter with stamped LMO exemption. However, I overlooked this paper since this was my first time to apply in Canada and I accidentally lost this letter. Can I get again this letter? And do i need a personal appointment?
