Correction on CORP

My original date of entry in CORP is wrong. I am not sure about the procedure required for the correction.
I did flag polling for landing. And recently received my PR card.
If anyone already has applied for the correction, please guide me.

Thank you for that link. Have a +1 I just checked mine and it has a mistake.

My CoPR shows my original entry date being the same as my last entry date when they should be different by 14months. Have not received my PR card yet, it's still in process after my November landing so will make amendments later.

thanks. Just keep in mind the amendment process takes long time (minimum 6 months).
