Correct way to count FSW experience

My employment details are as below.
I left company Y on a bad note and they won't provide me reference/Job duties letter.
Without company Y, there is a gap in my career.

Do you think I am eligible for 3 years of Foreign Work experience (as company Y will be gap)?

Yes, you can still claim points for 3 or more years, if Company X and Z are able to give you reference letters.
