I need help to find correct NOC for my current job profile and I work for Accenture as quality auditing associates
My duties at work following
1. Complete audits for the reviewers who reviewing advertisement on social media platform.
2. Create and supervise Policy Knowledge Tests (PKT) on twice a month.
3. Publish reports for the audits and PKTs to the operations department and client if required.
4. Cross skill reviewers for new work queue if required.
5. Help parenting social media platform to create guideline with current social media advertisement trends.
6. Arrange policy review and update calls with different work location or clients and taking minutes of the meeting.
7. Cascade the new policy updates to the reviewers whenever required.
8. Supervise and help new joiners regarding policy queries.
9. Reviewing advertisement on social media platform.
10. Analyzing different advertisement trends on different social media platform.
11. Inform or flag suspicious advertisement trends on social media.
12. Informing or updating other colleague on the updates regarding policy.
13. Recommends modification to existing system and implement the same with the help of Quality team.
Additional activities:
1. Participated in Bring Your Buddy Program.
2. I have delivered Process related training to new joiners.
