I have a bachelor degree in law and have been practicing for 5 years as a corporate legal advisor (my duties match the description which fall under the lawyer NOC 4112, but i also do all the duties of a paralegal which is NOC 4211.
I do not have the license to do my job as a legal advisor since i do not meet the nationality criteria to do the bar exam.
In the NOC website, the Employment requirement for lawyers (i.e.legal advisors) is the following: Two to three years of undergraduate studies or, in Quebec, completion of a college program and a bachelor's degree from a recognized law school and successful completion of the bar examination and completion of a period of articling are required. On the other hand, paralegals do not require a license.
Should I mention in my federal express entry application that I am paralegal or legal advisor given that i do not have the license to practice the latter?
