Hi Guys, I need some input on my experience letter. Planning to apply under CEC and NOC 2282. What do you guys think a bou the job duties? Thanks for ur inputs! Please help!

"• Provide technical support to the contract/master agreement setup in SAP and MyKMBS website
• Resolve help desk tickets related to SAP system errors, incorrect contract and pricing setup
• Respond to customer inquiries about setting up new accounts on MyKMBS website
• Monitor MyKMBS helpdesk mailbox and communicate with the customers to troubleshoot issues within the website.
• Consult MyKMBS End-User Guide to instruct customers on how to navigate through the website for supply ordering, meter read submission and fleet management.
• Monitor master agreement team mailbox to resolve and document common problems with billing and contract setup.
• Coordinate first invoice quality control call to ensure contract are setup correctly in SAP

 Coordinate 1st invoice quality control call to ensure contracts are properly setup in SAP database
