I want to apply for ECA and i belong to pakistan .. i visited https://www.wes.org/ca/ from there i selected Immigrants and applied. Now i see below package:
Educational Credential Assessment Package $200.00 CDN.
Additional Recipient Reports (optional) ($30.00 CDN. each)

Educational Credential Assessment Package $200.00
Delivery Option: International Overnight $85.00
Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) 13%: $37.05
