copy of visitor extension application

hello everybody,

i submitted an application for visitor visa extension, which already is approved and i received my visitor record. I forgot to make a copy of my application-form, i am just wondering if there is any possible way to request a copy of my file from vegreville and if, how to do that ?

i am from a visa exempt country, i submitted my application in the first september week of 2013 and received my approved visitor extension in december, so processing time was around 94 days.
