Hi,

For the FSW application, we are supposed to send the copied documents to the CIC. Does it needs to be notarized?

If the originals are in English, no need to notarize.

i could not agree with u more.
 
Copies only need to be notarised if the originals are not in English or French.

From the checklist:
If your documents are not in English or French, send a notarized (certified) translation with a copy of the original version.
