A quick question for those with more experience than me: I received my COPR on June 5 and I live in Montreal. I need to travel outside of Canada on August 21 — do you think I need to apply for a travel document?

This is a very basic information. I'm surprise that you did not know about it. After COPR you can apply for Permanent Resident Card. That's the document that allow you to travel abroad.

arround 6 weeks from COPR to PR card, for all application 27 months

I received FD on 1st October also COPR details updated on tracker and for dependent COPR details Issuing country is showing UAE , but he is indian national by birth born in UAE , so do you think we need to contact IRCC for the correction.

Also we are still waiting for PPR,

Don't know, my hunch is COPR details not actually final until issued, but only a guess.
