Hi Everyone! I am finding ways on how my spouse can come with me to Quebec. I am
holding a COPR and expiry will be this March 2021. My spouse has applied for tourist visa expiring 2029 but unfortunately cant come with me because the boarder is still close for tourist due to
Covid.
My spouse is holding a Philippine Passport and we are currently in New Zealand .
Is my spouse eligible to apply for open work permit? Is there any way that we could go to Canada together? Please Help! Thanks!

If you land as a PR your spouse can enter Canada on a tourist visa. You can then apply to sponsor them for PR and for an open work permit.
