hello everyone, can you share you experience with the COPR and PR card that does not had biometric done? One of my friend told me he received the card but he did not do biometric. I am so confused. Thank you!

The biometrics for PR was a new requirement for in-Canada applicants which started on December 2019. When did your friend apply?

Need more details. Did your friend already have a biometrics for WP/SP or anything? They might be using those. Either way, please share more details.
