COPR Showing in PR Tracker But No Portal Email – AOR Dec 17 (CEC Inland)

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out to see if anyone else is in the same situation or can offer some advice.

In my GCKey account, the last update I received was:

Final decision: February 18, 2025 – Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

However, background check and eligibility still show as “in progress” in the GCKey portal.

When I check the PR Tracker, it shows that all stages are completed — medical, biometrics, eligibility, and background.
It even shows COPR document details, including the document number and expiry date.

I called IRCC twice to follow up. I asked if they had sent me any email or portal instructions, but they said nothing has been sent yet and just told me to keep waiting.

It’s been over 3 months since the last update, and I haven’t received anything further.
My AOR is December 17, 2024 (CEC stream).

Is anyone else in the same situation — with COPR showing in the tracker but no portal email yet?
Would really appreciate any guidance or shared experiences.

I am facing same issue.. My application of PR approved and got COPR document number too. On portal ECOPR is not available… called technical support team and they said.. may be agent forgot to upload your document and it could be a technical issue.. They hold my call for 3 minutes and said they send message to IRCC officer and wants me to wait.. btw my dependent got his COPR already from same portal. Lemme know if there is any lead..

It has been over 30 days for me but no GCMS notes too. Do let us know what your GCMS notes say.

I called IRCC and they mentioned that whatever you see in tracker is just a draft and they mentioned that you have to keep patience.

As already mentioned COPR info in file is just notes. There is a long backlog of people waiting for FD, P1, P2 and then eCOPR. You are all waiting for processing. All you can do is be patient and monitor other applicants processing times. It is not exactly chronological but will give you an idea.

Will likely not say anything else. You are waiting in a queue for finalization and then P1, P2 and then eCOPR.

You should get P1 relatively soon. There is a backlog of CEC applicants waiting for landing.

Not sure why people are taking these steps when if you compare to other applicants it is very clear there is a backlog and you are waiting for your turn to receive P1, P2 and then eCOPR. The best source of information regarding processing times are other applicants.
