Can I send the passport to Ottawa instead now ? Please advise I am confused.

I think I saw other topics about the same, it was recommended to send a request to CIC and ask for a change of location.

Are you saying you got PPR request? In my case, my primary office was Ottawa, but I was given the instructions to submit passport in New Delhi. However, there was another option to submit it to Ottawa provided I am staying in Canada for a duration of 3 months after submission.

yes I received the PPR request.
It was the same day when I landed in Canada.

yes I do have that option but want to check with you guys if that is fine ?
