My wife's CoPR has been received, and her passport is sporting a nice shiny PR Visa! I'll be picking her up at Pearson airport on the 11th of November (her visa expires on the date of her medical expiry, Nov.18). Just in time for winter! LOL
I would like to express our warmest and most sincere gratitude to those here who have given us advice and feedback, notably keesio, MikeyMike, rhcohen, canadianwoman, Hasan9999 and kayaker (and others I may have missed). This forum, and the wonderful people here are a Godsend!
To those still waiting, please believe that the process may be long, but there is a date when the distance is finally closed. To those who have run into obstacles, please keep the faith and keep fighting to be with the one you love. I pray for you all, that you guys also are able to close the distance sooner than later.
Now...I have to de-bachelorize the house and practice putting the seat down....
