COPR received but no visa on passport for dependant

Hi... We received our COPR and passports back today. However, my son's passport did not have a visa stamped? We received COPR for the three of us (me, my wife and my son), and the visas were only stamped on my passport and my wife's. My son was born in the US and has an american passport, would that has to do something with it? he received a COPR thou. Also he is only 7 months old.

Can someone please advise? I already sent an email to the VO.

He doesn't need a visa counterfoil on his US passport, he is visa exempt, only requires his COPR.
