What about those with copr issued after March 18th but that are exempt from travel restrictions as they’are reuniting with family members (with written authorization)? Would they be able to land as PR?

Yes, they can land.

Yes, they can land.
Because from what I've heard, some of those individuals are admitted into Canada but without their COPRs validated. The officers refuse to process their COPR because the written authorization specifies that they are only coming in to reunite with their family.

Aight folks just spoke with the CBSA on phone, here is the result.

When they reach the immigration officer at the airport, do present the document. Even if the officers refuse to validate their COPRs and still admit them into Canada, they can always go flagpoling at the border via private vehicle.

Sure - it's possible this has happened. Some people have also landed successfully.

Hello everyone
I am Quebec skilled worker visa post 2020 march 18th. I am main applicant and my husband is dependent applicant. On the other hand my husband's sister is a Canadian citizen. My question is: Could my husband first land without me with authorization letter to reunite with his sister ( extended family travel restrictions exemption )? Or could I land with him to accompany him reuniting with his sister?

I mean could dependent with authorization letter(extended family reunification) land without principal applicant?(principal applicand does not have any relatives to get authorization letter)
No - not possible in that case.

The principal applicant must land first. Dependents cannot land before the principal applicant.

Hello everyone, I'm in the midst of Inland processing and as of today my ECAS shows DM for both my wife (Canadian sponsor) and myself (US applicant). Received SA and confirmation of my own eligibility yesterday, and OWP a couple of weeks ago. Does anyone know the possible next steps in the process before it is safe to travel outside of Canada? I understand I may need to be interviewed. If so, how long does that usually take? And is there a time when I would have to submit my passport for visa stamping? Any information you can provide would be most appreciated. And good luck to all!
