My COPR will expire in 2024 but medical exam was expired in Dec 2022, Do I need to take the medical exam again and renew the COPR?
I sent my enquiry in web form but no reply.

If they gave you the copr, it is valid to the date marked on it.

If it’s inland application I don’t think you need to redo it but if it’s Outland the officer will refuse your landing, as far as I’m aware

it's also possible that IRCC extended the medical exam validity period.
If OP stayed inside Canada, then there is no issue with expired medical.
