Requested GCMS notes back in December which basically said:

Eligibility: In Progress (recommended passed)
Security: Not Started
Criminality: In Progress
Medical: Passed

But there had been no updates on my file since August, so looks like the did a bit of work on it, then parked it to come back to later.

My file was transferred Dec 1st. I am thinking of ordering GCMS notes in the next couple of weeks too.

mec are thats sucks :( mine said security or criminal not started but they had sent away for court documents for my husband from a crime he committed 21 years ago form NZ they passed him eligibility and request we pass eligible and bonefide. So the waiting game is back on for all of us.

Hmm, mec I'd be requesting new notes, just to be sure they haven't requested anything new that hasn't reached you... just to be safe. You're well over the average with no obvious reason as to why... I'd be poking them. Have you tried emailing them for an update? Might also be worth having your MP send an enquiry on your behalf.

Yep - I requested notes the day after my medical expired. Expecting to get them around the 18th April and will decide what to do then.

I poked them recently to check on an address change (which isn't reflected in ECAS) and they confirmed it had been done, but gave me no other hints as to progress.

Worth asking your MP for an update as it's been over a year. They often are able to kick things into action. I'd look into that, personally. :)

Lets see. Giving them one last chance... I sent a case specific enquiry today. Between that and the GCMS notes if I see no progress I'll try the MP route.

I've tried to be patient so far. I'm more fortunate than many as I'm already in Canada on a TWP, so I'm sure there are more deserving cases taking up MPs time.

If I hear back I'll update on the main London thread as there are plenty of other people waiting above the average by now, who will probably be interested.

Ah I forgot you were on TWP, so not in a huge rush to get your PR through then! Certainly fortunate. Yeah, in that case, wait for notes and any response to your email and then failing that go poke your MP.

:)
