Here's my situation. I applied for FSW express entry and got my application approved and COPR initially in Nov 2019. My plan was to travel in April 2020 but unfortunately couldn't and then redid my medicals based on a request from IRCC and had my family's COPR reissued in Nov 2020 (me, my wife and my son) which is valid till Aug 2021.
I'm planning to apply for an authorization letter based on the fact that my brother is in Canada and has been a permanent resident for a few years. Will travel in Jul 2021, and once in Canada I'm wondering if it's possible for my wife and son to join a week after based on the fact that I will be a Canadian permanent resident, and the immediate family members are allowed to travel based on this link - https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/coronavirus-covid19/travel-restrictions-exemptions.html#citizen-pr
