I received PPR after 10 months of applying for PR through federal express entry program. Because my wife and I live in different countries we sent out our passports to different centers (Ottawa and Ankara-turkey). My wife got her CoPR after a week with an expiration date of Dec 4, 2019 (1-year after our medicals). However my passport has been pending for about two months and I still haven't received it back. I was instructed to land before my wife as I am the main applicant. Now, the CoPR expiration date is only few days away with me not having my passport back and I was told that if we don't land before the CoPR expiration date we would lose our PR. What should we do in this situation? Whom should we contact? Any suggestions are appreciated.

Can you be more specific how? For those that are outside Canada like myself, web form is seemingly the only way to contact IRCC and so far I have only received one-line responses from them saying that my case is being processed and I have to wait without any mention of what I should do if I don't receive my passport in time.
