I am in one complex situation.
My wife and I both got COPR downloaded, I tied her profile to me on the eCOPR portal being primary applicants.
I got photo approved message for me but not for my wife I received the need to correct her photo, I did correct the photo and upload it.
But as I got approval they closed my login after a month and now my wife's photo approval status is unknown.
I have been mailing them a couple of times but no luck.
Please help or guide what should I do.
