COPR details visible in tracker but no P1 yet (Portal email)

Hi everyone,


I’m an EE-PNP applicant. My tracker shows all stages passed (eligibility, medical, background, etc.) and my COPR details were generated on Jan 6, 2026, but I still haven’t received the Portal 1 (P1) email.


IRCC call centre confirmed that:

• All checks are complete
• No additional documents are required

For those who had COPR details appear before getting P1:

• How long did you wait between COPR showing and receiving P1?
• Was your P1 from Montreal or Sydney?
• Did a webform or MP enquiry help, or did it come automatically?

Would really appreciate hearing timelines from people who were in the same stage.
