Why don't you run this with an IRCC agent? Call them and they will give you the latest update regarding your query. Mine still shows eligibility - not started even though all completed=passed.

I called them twice, once in oct and second time in December last week. They said it’s a good indication that my copr doc number is available in tracker and told me to wait. The final decision date shows oct. something like this:
Final decision - October 3, 2023:Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

I am not sure how to get them work faster. Its almost 4 months now.

There is no way to speed up the process, I guess. Maybe contact the local MP? but if your application is still on standard timelines, then all you can do is wait. Unfortunately...

Depends on how you applied and under which program. it may vary

I'm in the same situation
my eCOPR was updated on April 19th and so far nothing
I received my GCMS notes today and saw that has been approved for over a month and so far without any email with the PPR Portal
Could you tell me which email of the Virtual Landing team?
