Eligibility Completed - 13 July
ADR - 17 July (Principal applicant Schedule A and CV)
ADR - 2 Aug ( Dependent Schedule A and CV)
Final Decision - 22 Aug
Copr Details on tracker - 23 Aug
Gcms Notes ordered - 5 Sept
Gcms notes received - 5 Oct
As per Gcms notes the application was approved on 22 august. (Nothing about rfv is mentioned in the notes)
Still waiting for rfv
Called IRCC multiple times but everytime recieved a boilerplate response "Wait"

Your COPR details were updated in tracker within 3 months from AOR, which I believe is quick (and not around 6 months that they take for Outland applicants). Probably this could be one of the reasons your wait time is a bit long to get the portal email. But I really hope that you get it soon :)

I am also in same situation received copr document number in tracker on october 5 th still now no response . I have raised webform called ircc call centre but nothing worked

Hi, my VO is also Etobicoke
So all steps in tracker are completed, except for my spouse - elegibility not started yet.
I saw an update on the portal yesterday: Final decision - December 6, 2023:Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.
And I see COPR numbers and expiry dates on trackers since yesterday. Is this a good sign that the application is approved?
