Hi everyone!
I have a simple question. My immigration consultant is arranging an LMIA as a cook under NOC LEVEL B and Code is 6322. I will be working in a complete restaurent like Rickys All Day Grill.
I have not worked in a restaurent before and even I have no full time experience under any work as I was a student before (now graduated).
So my question is that which category would be best for me like Express or PNP? Which will be faster? Because my consultant is saying I have to work around two and half years to three years but other people saying I will be eligible within a year.

I do not know much about it. So please share your valuable knowledge with me.

Thanks.

You will be eligible but you CRS might not be high enough to get an Invitation to apply especially if you are close to 30 or above. You can try to fill the CRS point calculator to have an idea of what your point will be after 1 year and after 2 years work experience. All the best
