My brother is in canada and his convocation ceromany is on 16 march 2019. Me and my Mom are applying for visitor visa from india. Since we need to give biometrics first we had taken appointment and date of appointment is 1 march. Our file will also be submitted on same date. My brother told in sponsership letter that our travel date will be from 9 march to 24 march. Is it ok if we apply on 1st of march since it is the earliest date we can get for biometrics enrolment.
