Converting Closed Work Permit to Open Work Permit

I have a closed work permit on ICT(Intra Company Transfer) valid till August 2015.

I applied for PR under CEC in August 2013 and got the AOR number.

Is there a possibility of getting a Open Work Permit using AOR number if I apply for it now?

You're not eligible for the BOWP, as your current WP is valid for more than 4 months.
