Convert LMO to ICT Visa ?

Guys,

My LMO is getting expire in 3 months time, my current employer has stopped processing / extending LMO visa for associates but ready to support to ICT visas. I wanted to know is there any options for i can convert my LMO visa to ICT.

I am desperately looking for some options. Any comments would be appreciable.

You can always try - the challenge is you have convince your employer to support you in applying for an ICT LMO-exempt work permit, and you have to make sure you actually meet the requirements.
