Canada has a number of different immigration program each with their own requirements. You'll need to spend some time researching to understand what's required to apply. Details can be found here:

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada.html

I would recommend you start by looking into the Express Entry program and assessing how many points you have. Note that you'll need to wait until you have worked in Canada for a year before you'll be able to count what you have now as a job offer in Canada. You'll also gain points after having a year of full time work experience in Canada. Unfortunately you're going to lose points since your education isn't recognized in Canada. Regardless of which program you apply under, you'll need to take an English or French language test before you apply. Again, detailed information in the link above. You'll need to spend some time reading.

If you would prefer to have step by step instructions, then you should look into hiring an immigration lawyer to handle your case.
