yes they might ask for additional medical tests. Do not worry about that part alone. That is more or less to determine how easy or serious your case is. However if it is easy enough it should not be a problem. Worse case scenario you might just have problem to get a driving licence here. Which is I admit very inconvenient, but manageable (it will just limit your options where to settle down thats all).

HI

1 Spouses are medically exempt from excessive demand, so you have no fear of refusal on those grounds.
2. You have to be honest in the medical exam, if you lie, or don't tell the truth about your condition, you could be refused for misrepresentaion and receive a 5 year ban.
Hi pmm i m also going to canada on study visa. But i have this problem to since my childhood. But my epilepsy is stable from 5 years and i m taking medicine on daily basis. So i m bit worried about my medical. Suggest me something
Should i tell to doctor about my condition on my medical day or just lie to them
Nd can it create any problem in my visa?

Lying can only lead to more problems especially if you actually need to access medication and healthcare when in Canada.

It is all dependent on the cost of your medication in Canada, how many times a year you need to see a specialist and whether you have breakthrough seizures. You will also need to check about international student health insurance at your school. Some have private insurance plans and some get covered under the provincial program. You will have to see what kind of coverage you receive. Same goes for if you are under a provincial plan. You will have to what kind of extended medical benefit program you have especially prescription medication costs and what percentage is covered by insurance.
