I recently completed my master's and I have applied for PGWP. My spouse has work permit since I'm getting the PGWP I wanted to renew her work permit as well it's about to expire.
I read that I need to get a job and show my 3 pay stubs to renew her visa,
I got a job as a college instructor comes under NOC as well. However my letter says contractor not as an employee. Based on the invoice I'm submitting for my payment they will pay my salary.
My question is can I able to apply with this job in order to renew my spouse work permit.
