Hi everyone! I need some help with the TRV (IMM5257) employment history section.
I’m on a PGWP (open work permit) and applying for a TRV. I have not had any employment since getting my PGWP, but I did do a small independent-contractor project this year for a non-profit in Toronto. It was part-time, remote, about 3 months, paid ~$1,400 total (basically 30 hours a month). I was not an employee.
My question:
Should I include this in the “employment history” section? If yes, do I list it as “Independent Contractor” with the organization’s name? Or it doesn't count at all?
