Hello everyone
Im a chef, graduated in cuisine and with more than 6 years experience as head chef. I have a contract now with a Quebec company as sous-chef.
They hired a company to do all the paper work so I didnt had to worry about it, they hired 30 people and all 30 got rejected. All with different backgrounds and had the same response ''wont be able to perform the tasks he is being hired for''. The fact that 30 out of 30 were rejected, makes me think that the company that did the paper work made a huge mistake somewhere.
I talked to the company that hired me and I want to reapply on my own, I just dont know where to start. I have all documents needed, I just dont have the LMIA code (is it a code?) or what is it. Im trying to find an immigration consultant of lawyer to take over because it wasnt my profile that filed but the company that did the papers.
Do you have any advice? Any lawyer to recomend? Anyone has been in the same situation?
Thank you and good luck!
