continuous work experience

I have worked for a college as lecturer for 5 months and then i resigned from the job and started a job as lecturer in other college from the very next day and worked there for 8 months.
Can this be considered continuous work experience?
both my Jobs were full time.
Am i Eligible for express entry profile?
