can 2 different full time paid jobs of 8 months each with a joining gap of 7 days between them meetthe requirement of job experience for FSWP

When you say "different" do you simply mean with a different company or with a different NOC?

With different jobs with same NOC: even though there is a break in continuity it is not a considerable one (IMO) and thus you can still claim a year of continuous work experience.

With different jobs and different NOC: you simply cannot claim a year of continuous work experience as this work experience must be in a single NOC (the NOC chosen as Primary NOC).

"The applicant must have accumulated at least one year of continuous full-time (or the equivalent in part-time) paid work experience in the occupation identified in their application for permanent residence as their primary occupation. TIn calculating this period of work experience, the occupation must be listed in skill type 0 (Managerial occupations), skill level A (Professional occupations) or skill level B (Technical occupations and skilled trades) of the National Occupational Classification (NOC) 2016 [R75(2)(a)]."

Hi, I have a Query, I have work experience in an Insurance Company who deals in Life Insurance from July 2004 to July 2013 with NOC code 6231 (Insurance Agent & Brokers), but I took two years of break and joined some other Insurance Company who deals in General Insurance Products from Aug 2015 to till today with the same NOC code 6231 (Insurance Agent & Brokers).

Hence, while making Express Entry Profile, I'm confused with the question which asks 'In the Last 10 years, how many years of skilled work experience do you have? It must be continuous, paid, full-time (or an equal amount in part-time), and in only one occupation.

Could I choose my previous work or should I select the current work experience only? I don't have commission bills of my previous company, no appointment letter from them, but just have a letter from them that I worked with their company from July 2004 to July 2013 clearly mentioned on their Letter Head, nothing else. However, I do have commission bills of the current company of every month since I joined in Aug 2015 and also the appointment letter as well.

Thus, should I skip mentioning the previous work experience and select only the current work experience? Or should I select both?

I hope you would be able to help me in this regard.
