in express entry in the step of asking work experience mentioned " It must have been continuous, paid, full-time (or an equal amount in part-time), and in only one occupation"
if 3 months was gap
it cause problem?

Yes - a 3 month gap is a problem. If you have a 3 month gap, your work experience is not continuous.

3 months problem was not from my side, it was employer's problem but he gives me letter and calculate that 3 months

You will need to get additional work experience before you can qualify to apply. You will have to wait until you have 1 full year of continuous work experience.

Without 1 year of continuous work experience you do not qualify for Express Entry.

It's difficult to understand what you are asking.

How long did you work after the three month gap? If you worked nine months after the three month gap, then you need to work another three months to make it one continuous year of work experience and qualify for Express Entry.

till today : 2 Years and 4 months
till day i'll apply around 3 Years and several months
but problem which i have not gotten any answer Yet and absolutely essential for me is :
6 months i was abroad : but employer give me a Letter and confirm i had worked,all document are available just i confused how i can claim for those 6 months(continually to past and future) which i wasn't physically there : one friend advised i can say : business mission " one another said : you could work remotely and no problem for example : you were consultant
consult must not attend physically
this is one problem
one other is
after 19 months works ------3 months gap---then start again ....without problem
so my worries are two :

• that 6 months i wasn't here but i have work experience
• 3 months which after 3 months i have stated and working till now and continue
