Sir, i am legally separated and have a daughter.
Both of them are non accompanying.
Daughters full custodian rights are given to mother without visitation
We tried to go for mutual consent but it is not working. its more then 2 years we have been separated.
My lawyers opinion is to file for contested divorce and move on with PR file.
I am worried about ADR which may come later and Medicals for my daughter which is asked currently.
a. I can provide my divorce papers that i file for contestation
b. I can provide a affidavit which mentions that i am aware i am not sponsoring my spouse and they will never be able to come to Canada under Family class using my sponsorship
Should i take a chance and move on for filing the PR ?
