Hello we are on our 51st Day now. Still no AOR or whatsoever from CIC. can we call them just to ask if they receive our application? im really worried that they may have lost it or something. :'(

On CIC's website it says that if it's been over the number of days in the processing time, call the Call Centre

1-888-242-2100

But just so you know, sponsorship approval times went up to 63 days recently, so you may want to wait a little bit longer before calling.

did you send through express mail with tracking number.
if so, you can check out if CIC received your file.

I sent some docs through Canada post express mail and it actually show the signature of the person who received my file on Canada post website.

Have you tried to log into ecas with your receipt number and sponsor details? We never received AOR, was just able to log in after 40+ days of trying.
