Hi,

It has been over 13 months since my application has been in process. I have contacted CIC regarding the cause of delay but have not received any cause of delay for them. No PPR or RPRF requests yet. Can any one tell me what email format they have used to CIC to which they actually reply? Any help would be much appreciated.

I have ordered them before. No issues showing there.. Have ordered them again a few days ago.

ur application is taking longer than usual. you must have been probably stuck on criminality or something. ur gcms notes should explain better

The best format is suggested in the auto-reply email they sent to you.

In the title, say why you email them and include your application number
In the content, include your: first name, last name, date of birth, client id, application number and application type (CEC)

They normally reply in about a week.

did they communicate with you till now? Did you do your medicals? Best way is to email them with all you information. Just bombard them with as many emails as you can... you might be lucky tht they will reply to one of your emails..

Yes I have completed medicals since april. Have ordered gcms again. Will wait for them to see whats going on.
