contacting CIC through phone - PGP

Hi,

I have tried contact CIC agents to clear few doubts. but i never got success in opting for n agent.

I havent got option to select language. Can someone who are successful talking to CIC agent, please advise which options to select?

I need to talk to an agent regarding PGP application.
