Can someone please tell me the number to call the CIC (outside of Canada) regarding a PR application in process?

You cannot call CIC outside of Canada. You need somebody inside Canada to make that call for you or try an E-mail. If your case is at it's relevant VO then you can try to call or E-mail your VO but depending on your VO (and most don't take calls whilst inside processing times) I would not hold out much hope. I have found on this long road that CIC Miss is a lot easier to get a reply than my specific VO.

I'm sorry, but what does VO stand for? and CIC Miss? I apologize as I am new to this process. When you refer to having someone call inside Canada, does that mean anyone or a family member? I am currently in a child custody battle and need to speak to someone in the CIC office ASAP.

VO= Visa office and CIC Miss= Mississagua. Ideally it should be yourself making the phone call or the person who is sponsoring you. Is this question in reference to a family class sponsorship, only reason I ask is this forum is with regards to family class sponsorship, so a lot of advice given is to that effect.

Can you use this number from within Canada and about a inland application,, I don't get why they will only answer questions related to a inland app yet the number is for outside Canada I filed from Ontario Ca.
