How do you contact your MP? How do you know who is your MP?
I want to contact my MP to see update on my case, But i dont know how

I think, you can contact MP only if you are in Canada and you are PR/Citizen.

I am in canada. I dont think i have to be PR cuz i see people here contacting the MP while they still applying for the PR

Thank you very much I never contact a MP before. My case is in process for 2 months, i just want to know when will i get the MR. Does it have to be in process for a long time of period to email the MP? how would he find out about the case? and will it harm my application if i email him? Thank you.

If your application hasn't reached the published processing time, then it is unlikely that an MP will be able to help or even bother following up.
